Los Altos ll is a community of 64 Spanish finca style villas with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. All of the villas have sports rights and at least a main terrace and a roof terrace providing stunning views over La Manga Club and the Mar Menor. It is centrally located and there is easy access to the Tennis Centre, Bellaluz Square, Las Sabinas and over a dozen restaurants in La Manga Club are in walking distance.

Los Altos II is a well-maintained friendly community with a new, forward thinking and ambitious management group. We are very approachable and we aim to keep our community fees as low as possible. The average in 2019 is €3200-€4000 per annum. This includes the repainting of the exterior of the villas every 3-4 years, as well as the maintenance of the gardens which have been revamped recently at a cost of €250k. In addition, there are 3 community swimming pools surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. Many of the villas have been extended within their footprint and improved over the years and we aim to make this an easy and quick process. Most of the community now has buggy access and there are plans to enable this for all villas.
