FOUNDER MEMBERSHIP (FM) ACTION GROUP

Introduction

Given some concerns arising from Inmogolf SL's move into administration, a committee has been established to consider what actions are necessary to protect the interests of Founder Membership (FM) certificate holders. The committee is independent from the General Community, which is unable to provide any financial assistance but is supportive of the initiative.

The current committee members are:

• John Morse President, Los Altos 1 (Chairman)

• John Tracy-Phillips Retired head of family legal practice in the UK

• Jimmy Jones Chairman of the Owners' Clubhouse Committee

• Geoff Gahan President, General Community of La Manga Club

Formal endorsement of committee members by registered Founder Members will be sought at a meeting to be held at La Manga Club on Monday, 8 February.

Registration

We consider it prudent to start making preparations for joint action as a group, should future developments prove this to be necessary. Inmogolf SL is unable to divulge the details of FM holders, so first we need to identify them ourselves. For this reason we urge all FM holders to register their key details as follows:

• Send an email to Jimmy Jones at redburn.lamanga@hotmail.com listing the names of the holders of the FM certificate and their LMC address. The certificate number would be helpful

• Telephone Jimmy at LMC Extension 3412

On registering Jimmy will send you copies of messages sent to registered FM holders to date.

Please note that the personal information gathered will not be divulged to anyone other than the organizing committee.
